This is precisely our goal, to adapt our support for your perfume project, according to your desires and your knowledge. We exchange with you on the chat during the entire creation of your perfume. The SUPERFUMISTA application also allows you to define for your nose, 3 levels of "olfactory expertise ":

‣ Apprentice : if you are not familiar with the materials, you can choose from notes (floral, woody, etc.) among 16 olfactory families.
‣ Explorator : you have notions about the ingredients of each olfactory family, you can then access the 127 materials of the 16 olfactory families.
‣ Maestro : you are familiar with most of the ingredients of the 16 olfactory families and know how to combine them, you will then be able to suggest proportions for each of them.

This level allows you to access a simplified version of the olfactory carousel or, on the contrary, a more advanced one. But nothing is definitive... you can modify this level at any time during the creation of your perfume.

The trail, balance or originality of a composition are qualities sought for a perfume, but its hold seems to play a particular role. With scents, everything is a question of temporality , because a perfume is a kind of story: sudden olfactory memories, the expression of the mood of the moment or that of an anchored and affirmed identity… Thus, the story that a composition tells begins with top notes as an introduction. The most volatile and therefore ephemeral, they quickly allow the plot to develop with heart notes . The latter then blend into more muted base notes , which can last for several hours, during a conclusion called drydown in English. This relationship between intensity (impact) and duration can be represented in the form of an evaporation curve on which we visualize the evolution of each note over time.
So, when it comes to tenacity, it seems logical to rephrase the question: "What notes will last a long time on my skin?" or even: "What are the story and emotion that I want to express during a slow conclusion"...

So, the answer varies depending on each creation, and therefore the ingredients that compose it. In the durability of a perfume, the quality of the ingredients as well as the types of materials used are important. Synthetic musks, sandalwood or even resins with warm notes whose intensity is relatively less compared to the freshness of citrus fruits or the radiance of aldehydes, but their imprint on the skin can be quite remarkable in terms of duration.
The latter also has its say, because our own chemistry (our pH, our diet, our environment) will allow certain materials to settle in like a second skin while others will go astray, without warning.

As part of a custom perfume project, shipping costs are free in mainland France within the limit of the number of shipments planned in an offer (3 maximum, namely initial formulations, additional formulations and final perfume box).
For all deliveries to the French overseas departments and territories and abroad , we apply a “ shipping cost package ” depending on the destination.

For any order of perfumes from the collection on the boutique , shipping costs are free in mainland France for any order from an amount of €140.

Given our artisanal approach to creating a truly bespoke perfume, from the moment you create your perfume on the app and confirm your order, you will need to count on:

‣ About 4 weeks to receive your initial formulations: based on your instructions and our various exchanges on the application chat, we compose the different formulations of your perfume, let the ingredients mix harmoniously (maturation process) and we send them to you. You then take the time you want to test them on your skin, compare them and tell us your preference.
‣ Then about 4 weeks to receive your finished perfume: we make your perfume based on your choice and give it a little time to "make" (maturation of the concentrate then maceration in alcohol). Then, we proceed to the "icing" and filtration of the perfume to eliminate any suspended particles. Finally, we make your box (or boxes) and send your package by mail!

Beyond this minimum time, you can possibly ask us to make adjustments in the form of additional formulations (included in the route you have chosen), which extends the deadline by approximately 3 weeks. If necessary, you can purchase a set of 3 additional formulations (excluding the initial route), which extends the deadline by approximately 3 weeks again.

The samples of the different formulations sent to you serve both as a scent test so that you can tell us your preference, and also as a skin test to ensure that your skin and your fragrance are a perfect match.
We follow the recommendations of the IFRA (International Fragrance Association) and in the case of known allergies or cross-allergies, you can also consult this page which describes the range of ingredients that can be included in the composition of a perfume and which are potentially allergenic.

The SuperfumistaR collection brings together fragrances from bespoke projects. Each tells a personal olfactory story, entrusted to the perfumer to be reborn as a unique olfactory creation.

Some of these creations have been selected and shared to become accessible to all. They form a unique collection, both intimate and universal.

Superfumista is the experience of tailor-made perfume, born from human encounters, artisanal know-how, creative freedom, and a digital approach with our mobile app. It's also a rare opportunity: to see your own creation included in the collection and offered for sale, to reach out to other sensibilities.
